2. Newsletter and marketing emails
When you submit your email through the subscription form, you consent to receive marketing emails from us (typically one per week) covering social-media tactics, paid-ads case studies, and announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email or by replying with the subject "unsubscribe". Removal is processed within 24 hours.
We do not send unsolicited bulk email outside the scope of our prospecting outreach to publicly listed real estate professionals (which is itself fully CAN-SPAM compliant and includes a one-click unsubscribe).
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site or our services to violate any applicable law, including spam, fraud, or harassment statutes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our infrastructure, scan for vulnerabilities, or interfere with service operation.
- Submit false information through the subscription or contact forms (e.g. signing up email addresses you don't own).

4. Intellectual property
All content on leadgen.miami — including text, layout, images, logos, and design — is the property of AB Creative Solutions or used with permission. 5. Paid services
Information about our paid agency services on this site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. Engagements are subject to a separate written agreement (Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work) executed before any work begins. Pricing on landing pages is illustrative; final pricing is set in your individual SOW.
6. Disclaimers
Marketing results vary widely based on market conditions, ad spend, creative quality, offer strength, and many factors outside our control. Statistics shown on the site ("300% growth", "$3-7 cost per lead") are real outcomes from past engagements but do not guarantee similar results for your business. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AB Creative Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the website. 10. Governing law
