We share information with vendors strictly to deliver our services:
- Mailgun — email delivery and tracking.
- MongoDB Atlas — secure database hosting.
- Hetzner Online — server infrastructure.
- Cloudflare — DNS, security, and content delivery.
Each provider is contractually required to handle your data confidentially and only as instructed by us.
6. Data retention
We retain newsletter subscriber records as long as the subscription is active. After unsubscribe, we keep your email on a suppression list to ensure we don't accidentally re-add you. Engagement data (opens/clicks) is kept for up to 24 months for analytics, then aggregated or deleted. Client business records are kept as required by law (typically 7 years for accounting purposes).
